• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• There is no possibility of accommodating extra persons.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 40% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• For the validation of the reservation, all the names of the customers who make up a reservation (parents, children) are falsified and no persons or children will be accepted who will not be mentioned in the Voucher of the reservation, also in this case we reserve our legal right not to proceed with the reservation.
• The maximum time for Check-out is 11:00.
• Check-in time is 14:00

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Operating regulations
• Visits by foreign persons to the rooms who are not customers of House Abelos Suzana are prohibited.
• We do not accept pets in our rooms.
• It is forbidden to use BBQ and play group games in the common area which disturb the tranquility of the complex and the surrounding accommodation.
• Everyone must observe the common quiet hours which are: 15:00 ~ 17:00 and 23:00 to 07:00.
• Please do not throw paper or any other waste into the toilet.
• Before Check-out, please throw your trash in the central trash can located at the main entrance of the accommodation.
• Please, before leaving the room every day, check if you have turned off all electrical devices such as TV, electric stoves, air conditioner, to avoid the risk of fire.

House Abelos Suzana is located in Kalamitsi in Sithonia, the second peninsula of Chalkidiki with the clean turquoise water beaches. The hotel is built in a distance less than 100m from the sea and famous Kalamitsi beach, and this is an ideal choice for family vacations, without the need for everyday transportation. It is a family business that provides services of hygiene, comfort, and hospitality to their customers trying to upgrade our services year by year.

Accommodation

The complex features 9 accommodation units:

• One two-room apartment on the first floor
• Two quadruple studios on the first floor
• Three triple studios on the ground floor
• One triple studio on the first floor
• Two triple studios on the second floor

Quadruple studio
The studio has one double bed and a bunk bed and can accommodate 4 people. Two units located on the first floor are available.

Triple studio
The studio has a double bed and a single bed and can accommodate 3 people. The building offers 5 such units - 2 are on the ground floor, 1 on the first, and 2 on the second floor.

Two-room apartment
The apartment consists of 2 rooms and can accommodate 4-5 people. It has a separate bedroom with two single beds, while the second room features a double bed and a kitchen. It is possible to add another bed for the fifth person. Only one apartment is available, located on the first floor.

All units have a kitchen that includes a refrigerator, two-burner stove, and basic cookware, private bathroom with shower, and own terrace. They are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television.

A lot of attention is paid to the hygiene of the rooms and bedding, as well as hot water that is available 24 hours a day, and the villa also has an underground water tank. Bed linen and towels are changed every 4-5 days, depending on the length of stay, or more often if necessary.

The complex includes a garden and a private parking lot for 3 vehicles.

Interesuje me smestaj za period 29.08 do 04.09.23 za dve odrasle osobe i dete 3 godine.

Poštovani Milane, hvala Vam što ste ukazali na grešku, evo odmah smo je ispravili :relaxed:. Svakako ne bi moglo doći do bilo kakve prevare, jer potvrda cene od strane vlasnika pre uplate depozita je nešto što se prvo potvrđuje.

Studio za 4 osobe - tip B piše da je cena 450 Eura za period u avgustu 2022 što je verovatno greška. Svuda je cena za taj sudio 800 Eura pa i na njihovom Web sajtu. Molim ispravite da se ljudi ne prevare.
