Meals
• The prices include American style buffet breakfast, served from 7:45 until 10:45.
• Half board is not included in regular prices - the extra charge is 30 EUR/ per day for 2 adults, and 10 EUR/ per day for every child.
• Dinner is not buffet style - every day the guests may choose from 2 main dishes, along with appetizers, salad, dessert or fruit.
• Restaurant opening hours: 13:30 – 15:00 and 19:00 – 21:00.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (5€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 22 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

The Hotel Marias House is situated between Metamorphosis and Nikiti in one of the most beautiful places in Sithonia. It is only 90 Km from Thessaloniki and consists of spacious and fully equipped rooms and the beach is just 80 meters from the complex.
