• A deposit of 25% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 22 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
The renovated Hotel Katerina is located in Keramoti, a serene and picturesque village of the Prefecture of Kavala. An endless, over 5km long, white sandy beach is spread all around the coast, which is bathed all around by the deep blue Aegean Sea.
The renovations of the family Hotel Katerina were completed in March 2012 after 24 years of non-stop operation. Since 1988, we cordially welcome our visitors, having a sole purpose the fulfillment of the ideal standards each has set, by ensuring a relaxing and recreational vacation they will never cease to remember.
Accommodation
Select one of the 12 renovated rooms and enjoy your vacation by admiring the view of our multicolored garden and of the little pine tree forest which stretches out to the shores of the crystal clear waters of the sea. The rooms of our hotel were designed, considering and respecting our customers’ wishes and with a purpose to meet the standards of all our visitors. There are two types of rooms, studios and apartments. These are decorated and furnished in natural tunes and wooden shades. Both of them guarantee a pleasant, comfortable and relaxing accommodation.
Studios
The seven studios of our complex can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Each one consists of a bedroom of approximately 25sq.m. , in which a kitchen and a bathroom harmonically co-exist. All studios have a separate balcony. Inside the studio there are also a sofa and a couch which may become two extra beds. It is important to mention that sofa is suitable for all ages but couch only for kids up to 6 years.
Apartments
The five independent and spacious apartments are – one on each floor – giving you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation comfortably, either with your family or with your friends. Each apartment consists of two bedrooms approximately 12sq.m. each, some have two bathrooms and some 1 bathroom, living room (which can be turned into a bedroom if required), a kitchen and a big balcony. It can accommodate up to 6 people as there is a sofa which may become two extra single beds into the living room - upon request.
