• The above prices are in euros per room/per night for minimum stay 3 nights.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 20% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• One small dog till 5 kg per room is allowed with extra charge: 10 euro per night per dog.
• Breakfast - 8.25 EUR per day/per person.
• Private safety parking place with extra charge of 10 EUR/per day/per car 1-5 seats and 15 EUR/per day/per other vehicle 1-9 seats.
• Special transfer from airport to hotel at 80 EUR for up to 4 persons and 115 EUR for up to 8 persons.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 45 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Hotel Dias Apartment is located on a quiet side road in the center of Makrigialos, 125 meters from the sandy beach and lively boardwalk with its taverns, restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs. For many years we have cared for our guests, always striving to ensure they have wonderful time and to help in any situation. We work tirelessly to ensure that our guests have lovely and unforgettable holidays.

All four-bed studio apartments (24m2) have 2 bedrooms, a double bed and two single beds.

The apartments have air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet, TV, mosquito nets, kitchen (stovetop, small refrigerator with freezer), dining table, bathroom with shower, terrace with table, chairs and large parasol.

Clean towels and linen are provided every 3 days and guests are responsible for changing them.
