• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
Description
Asteras Hotel is located on the Sithonia peninsula, in the new part of Sarti, 100 meters from the beach and 250 meters from the center. It offers elegant accommodation for 2-5 people and a beautifully organized garden with a barbecue.
Accommodation
The hotel consists of twelve accommodation units - ten studios and two apartments, set on the ground floor (three steps below ground level), first and second floors:
• Studio for two people - double bed;
• Studio for three people - double and single bed;
• Studio for four people - two double beds or a double, single, and drawer bed;
• Apartment for five people - a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa or a drawer bed, and a double bed in the room with the kitchen.
All accommodation units have a kitchen including kitchenware, a two-burner stove and a small fridge with a freezer compartment, a private bathroom with a shower cabin and a hairdryer, and a terrace with a table, chairs, and a view of the garden or a partial view of the sea.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. Cleaning and changing of towels is done every two, while bed linen is changed every four days.
The complex also offers a small, beautifully landscaped garden with a brick barbecue and outdoor showers. Parking is possible on the street in front of the hotel, and there is also free public parking nearby.

Divan i cist hotel, na odlicnoj lokaciji, sa dovoljno mesta za parking u svakom trenutku. Mirno i tiho. Posteljinu i peškire menjaju na svaka dva dana. Klima uracunata u cenu(koja se ukljuci kada se vrata od terase zatvore). Svaka preporuka! Vraticemo se ponovo!
