Villa Alia

Villa Alia is a beachfront holiday villa (115 m²) with private pool in Kiotari Rhodes, part of a luxury villa complex only 40 meters from a beach of exquisite beauty. The maximum accommodation of the three floor villa is 4 adults and 1 infant and has been specially designed for families and couples providing a space of privacy and calmness with a variety of accommodation facilities so as to become your home away from home.

The holiday villa provides three bedrooms: The master Bedroom A, which is located on top level, includes a double bed (180 x 200 cm), high quality mattress, closets with a full-length mirror, flat screen TV, low noise A/C, mini safe in closet, balcony and interconnecting with Bathroom A and provides massage bath, toilet, hand basin, bath towels, hair dryer, hand soap and shower gel.

Bedroom B & C as well Bathroom B are located on lower ground floor. Bedroom B includes single bed, high quality mattress, wardrobe and mirror, desk, sliding door to garden terrace, low noise A/C and flat screen TV. Bedroom C includes single bed, high quality mattress, desk, sliding door to garden terrace, low noise A/C and flat screen TV.

Bathroom B which is next to Bedroom B & C provides bathtub with shower, toilet and basin, hand soap and shower gel. There is also a laundry room on the lower ground floor which provides a washing machine, an Ironing board, cleaning items and a laundry rack.

Villa Ariti (not available for season 2025)

Villa Ariti is a beachfront holiday villa (139 m²) with private pool in Kiotari Rhodes, part of a luxury villa complex only 40 meters from a beautiful beach. The luxury villa is spacious with maximum accommodation of 6 adults and 1 infant and has been specially designed for families and couples. Villa Erato (not available for season 2025)

Kitchen/Lounge Facilities

On ground floor there is a fully-equipped open plan kitchen with everything you may need for cooking during your holidays in Rhodes: fully-equipped kitchen, A/C, table for 6 persons, and high chair upon request, fitted dish washer and other small electric appliances.

The lounge is also located on ground floor with the open plan kitchen and is well-equipped with modern style and contemporary furniture including a comfortable seating area, a flat screen TV with about 300 international channels, outlet for USB stick/ HDMI plug, a DVD and a sliding door to terrace and pool.

Wireless Internet connection is provided throughout the property. Relax yourself and enjoy your meal in the spacious kitchen and living room.

Pool/Terrace

On the south side, having direct sea-view, there is an infinity private pool with a waterfall which cascades from a two-meter high stone-built wall. The pool includes the following features: Size: 25m², Length: 6.70m / Width: 3.80m / Depth: 1.30m with a hydro & turbo jet massage.

Located around the private pool, the terrace is offered for blissful relaxation and includes four sunbeds, an umbrella, al fresco outdoor shower, a small table, four chairs, special evening lightning and a path to a little beach road.
