• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Holi Home is located 140 meters from the beach in Toroni, on the Sithonia peninsula. The apartment is set on the second floor, can accommodate a maximum of five people, and offers private parking.

Accommodation

The apartment has two bedrooms - one with a double bed, and the other with a single and a drawer bed. The living room features a sofa bed on which a fifth person can sleep.

The kitchen includes a stove with an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. There is also a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a washing machine. Cleaning is not performed during the stay. For stays longer than 5 days, spare sets of bed linen and towels are provided, which the guests themselves change as needed.

Guests have access to two terraces covered with awnings - one is accessed from the living room and equipped with an outdoor seating and dining area, while the other is accessed from the bedrooms.

A private parking space is available in front of the accommodation.
