Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later than 60 days, the prepayment is nonrefundable (if possible, the owners will try to accommodate guests' needs).
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

High Aesthetics Maisonette In The Wood By The Sea is located in Chalkidiki, 5 minutes from Metamorfosi and 10 minutes from Nikiti by car. The closest beach is less than a five minutes walk away.

The house has three levels and can accommodate 6 people. It offers a peaceful and intimate location, and a spacious garden full of pine trees with outside dining area and private parking.

Accommodation

The house is very pleasantly decorated, which was taken care of by the owner, who is an artist and jewelry designer. The ground floor consists of a living room, a kitchen, and a small toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, containing a fridge, a stove, an oven, kitchenware, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a dining area. The living room has a sofa bed that can sleep two people and a ventilator.

The ground floor also features two balconies - a spacious front balcony with an outside sitting and dining area and a smaller side balcony with a couch.

The upper level offers two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a double bed and a bed for a child. Both rooms are air-conditioned and have private balconies. Bed linens, towels, and blankets are provided in abundance, and the guests may change them when needed.

The garret that can accommodate up to two people is also available.

The house is equipped with a washing machine and an iron. Central heating and hot water are always available, so the house can be rented all year round.

The yard is full of natural shade, perfect for relaxing and children's play. There are several parking spaces.

The secluded location, preserved from mass tourism, guarantees privacy and serenity, while the proximity of Nikiti and Metamorfosi offers all necessary tourist amenities.

The beach is not organized and is never crowded. It is covered in sand and pebbles and has shallow water, ideal for children. If you like to drive for 10-20 minutes, you can reach the most famous beaches in Chalkidiki, such as Ai Giorgis, Kastri, Ai Giannis, Koviou, Vourvourou, Karidi, etc.

The house is at a strategic point of the peninsula, very conveniently located for beach hunting & day excursions to Sithonia villages (Metamorfosis, Nikiti, Sarti, Polygyros, and Neos Marmaras), as well as Ouranoupolis, mountainous Chalkidiki and Mount Athos.
