• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 35% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• 50% cancellation fee is charged if a cancellation of the reservation has been made within the period of 21days to 30 days, from the date of check in.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• For pre-term departures, there is a cancellation fee equal to the 50% of the remaining rental period (Law 1652/86 Gov.Gaz.167A)

Description

Situated in Nikiti at the distance 800m from the city beach, Hermiones Apartments features an outdoor pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, a children's playground and a beautifully landscaped yard and verandas for enjoying the hot summer days.

It's located less at 1km from fish taverns, restaurants, souvenir shops, beach bars and 89km from Thessaloniki Airport.

Accommodation

There are two apartments and three studios with a capacity for three to five people. Amenities include free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, a kitchen with a fridge and a stovetop.

A baby cot can be added upon request and without any charge. The cleaning services, as well as the replacement of towels is done after 3 days, while the bed sheets are replaced halfway through the stay.

In the yard there is also an outdoor shower and a barbecue. A free public parking lot is not far away from the apartments.
