Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Heraclea Luxury Suites is a complex located in Nea Iraklia, next to Nea Kalikratia, 150 meters from the beach. It offers 2-5 people accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool with a bar and sunbeds, free parking, and a beautiful view of the Aegean Sea and Mount Olympus.

Accommodation

The facility has 14 accommodation units with one or two bedrooms.

One-Bedroom Apartment can accommodate 2-3 adults. It has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It also includes a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a private patio with outdoor seating, and a dining area. All units of this type are located on the ground floor.

Two-Bedroom Suite can accommodate 4-5 people. It is a maisonette - it has two levels. Downstairs is a main bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. Stairs lead up to the gallery where a second bedroom with two single beds is set This room has no door. A terrace with a table and chairs is also available. On request, it is possible to add baby equipment (high chair, stroller, sterilizer, etc.). All suites are on the first floor, available by stairs.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with smart television and free Wi-Fi internet. Kitchens include a refrigerator, two hotplates, and an electric kettle. Six units have a view of the sea, two are facing the town and the sea, and the remaining six are facing the sea and the pool.

Within the complex are also a garden, BBQ facilities, a swimming pool with a sun terrace, umbrellas, sunbeds, and a cocktail bar. Free private parking and the playground for the youngest guests are also provided.

The nearest store is 1300 meters away, a large market is 4.5 kilometers away, and there are many restaurants and bars in the area.
