• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Between Mount Athos and the Sithonia peninsula, there is the island of Ammouliani, on which Helianthus Guesthouse is located and it offers a relaxing holiday and a pleasant atmosphere. The port of the island is located near the accommodation.

Accommodation

Nine themed bedrooms are characterized by simplicity, comfort and good taste. Rooms at Helianthus Guesthouse have orthopedic beds and mattresses Cocomat, and each room has a TV with DVD, MP3, CD and DIVX , layers.

All rooms are modernly designed to provide maximum relaxation and contain all the essential necessities for a carefree holiday. Rooms have terraces, some of them have a sea view, a private bathroom with hairdryer, towels, and guests have free WiFi internet access, air conditioning and a safe.

Cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen is done every other day (or more often, if needed).

Parking is public in the street.
