Description

Set among lush pine trees, the seafront Haus Platanos Apartments & Bungalows by the Sea features free sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. Its apartments look out onto the garden and sea or have side sea views.

A buffet breakfast is prepared each morning. The hotel’s bar, conveniently situated on the beach, provides guests with refreshing drinks and light meals throughout the day.

The grounds are equipped with a gazebo and BBQ facilities. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Haus Platanos Apartments & Bungalows by the Sea is within walking distance from taverns and shops and 5 minutes by boat from the beautiful island of Diaporos. The seaside village of Agios Nikolaos is 14 km away. It is 100 km from Thessaloniki International Airport and 115 km from the city of Thessaloniki.

Accommodation

There are 18 accommodation units in Haus Platanos and each unit is air-conditioned and has a kitchenette with a fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. They all come with a flat-screen satellite TV, desk and a private bathroom. Some have a terrace, while others have a balcony.

Two-Room Apartments

These apartments were renovated for the 2024 season.

Apartments No. 1B and 7B – Located on the first floor of the main building, offering sea and garden views. Each apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa, while the second room includes a sofa bed for 2 people. They have private bathrooms. Maximum capacity is 4 adults and 1 small child.

Apartment No. 7A – Located on the ground floor of the main building with a garden view. It has a private bathroom, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa, and a sofa bed for 2 people in the second room. It can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child.

A baby cot can be added upon request.

These apartments do not have kitchens. They offer a kitchenette corner with an espresso machine and a kettle.

Single Apartments (Rooms Without a Kitchen)

There are 10 units of this type, all renovated for the 2024 season. These are spacious studio-style rooms (one open space) and do not include a kitchen.

Units No. 2A, 3A, 5A, 6A, 2B, 3B, 5B, and 6B – Located in the main building on the ground floor and first floor. They feature a double bed, a sofa bed, and a private bathroom. Suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Units No. 4A and 4B – Located in the main building, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Each unit has a double bed, a single sofa, and a private bathroom, and is suitable for up to 3 guests.

A baby cot can be added to all rooms upon request.

Single units do not have kitchens, only a corner with an espresso machine and a kettle.

Bungalows

Garden Bungalow A – Features two bedrooms: one with a double bed, a single sofa, and a private bathroom; and a second bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa. The bungalow also has a separate living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a kitchen, as well as a second bathroom. It can accommodate 6–7 adults or 6 adults and 2 small children.

Garden Bungalows B and C – Each bungalow includes a private bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa, and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a kitchen. They offer a garden view and are suitable for 4 adults and 1 small child.

Bungalows A, B, and C with Sea View – Each bungalow features a private bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people, and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a kitchen. Suitable for 4–5 adults or 5 adults and 2 small children.

Only bungalows are suitable for guests with disabilities, as they are wheelchair accessible. The main building and apartments are not wheelchair accessible.
Pets are allowed only in the bungalows, not in the main building.

Suite Apartment

Only one unit of this type is available, Suite Apartment 1A, located on the ground floor of the main building. It is a spacious studio-style unit without a kitchen. It features a double bed, a single sofa, a sofa bed for two people, and a private bathroom. It offers a sea view and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child.

Seaside Tree House (Two-Bedroom Apartments)

Seaside House A – A ground-floor apartment with a direct sea view. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a kitchen. Maximum capacity is 6 guests.

Seaside House B – A first-floor apartment with a direct sea view. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed, two single sofas, and a private bathroom, while the other has a double bed, a single sofa, and a sofa bed. Maximum capacity is 8 adults and 3 small children.

In the courtyard there is a toilet with a shower that can be used by guests who arrive early, while waiting for check-in to the rooms.

The prices include a car parking space and sunbeds & umbrellas on the beach.

Prvi put letovali u ovom mestu i sve u svemu zadovoljni. Vila odgovara opisu, na samoj plazi je, na 10ak koraka od mora, lezaljke besplatne, dorucak odlican, mnogo bolji od ocekivanog, dvoriste ogromno, rostilj i letnjikovac na raspolaganju, tusevi sa toplom vodom na plazi, osoblje ljubazno, momak koji radi u baru na plazi za svaku pohvalu, gazda bi mogao bar nekad da nabaci osmeh... 😀 Ono sto je zamerka je sto su apartmani mali za predvidjeni broj osoba, ali s druge strane imate dvoriste tako da se u apartmanu slabo i provodi vreme...Sto se tice osoba sa invaliditetom tu dolaze u obzir samo bungalovi jer bez obzira sto postoji rampa za ulaz u vilu u apartmanu je tesno da bi kolica mogla da prodju(mozda ce nekom znaciti). Mesto kao mesto mirno, za odmor idealno....

Sve preporuke za smeštaj, bili smo tu sa bebom od 8 meseci pre jedno 6 godina 😀 vlasnik vrlo fin i korektan čovek, smeštaj je nudio doručak u ceni, čisto, uredno, plaža idealna za decu, čovek ima i svoje domaće ulje na ostrvcetu preko puta plaže, zaista lepo iskustvo sa tada malom bebom :thumbsup:

Postovanje moje, Ovog leta smo letovali u ovaj kuci sa dvoje dece i iskreno NE bih nikom preporucio, kao sto Vi preporucujete!! Pa da krenem.Kupatili je staro i zardjalo... cekas da dodje topla voda poprilicno dugo, izuzetno malo.Ako sednes da wc solju, drugi ne moze da udje unutra.Kreveti su stari i neudobni... Televizor ima, malo kanala i samo grcki. Interneta kao da nema... ima ali veoma los protok... izadjes na pola dvorista i tamo telefoniras... Plaza je stvrano u sklopu dvorista, sto je velika prednost, ali... niko je nije ocistio 12 dana kolko smo bili... a ni travu da pocisti koja je bila pri ulasku u vodu. Apartmani su na odličnoj poziciji, veoma čisti. Na maloj i čistoj plaži i idealni su za porodice sa malom decom. Doručak je dobar, osoblje ljubazno. Velike terase, kuhinja opremljena svime što nam je trebalo. Veliko dvorište i dosta parking mesta. Internet veza trebalo bi pojačati signal. Na TV-u su dostupni samo lokalni, grčki kanali.

Veoma je lepo mesto, pet godina smo letovali blizu ovog smestaja, vlasnik je veoma prijatan, par puta smo jeli giros kod njih, ukusan je i nije skupo.
