• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.

Description

Haus Petris is located in the middle of the old and the new village of Sarti, 80m from the sandy beach and a 3-minute walk from the center. 

Accommodation

The complex consists of 2 buildings, new and old. All units are located on the upper floor.

The new building contains three double and two quadruple studios. 
• Each double studio has a mountain view and a double bed. 
• The quadruple studios have a sea view and 2 double beds.

The old one has one triple, four quadruple and one quintuple apartment and four double and two quadruple studios, all renovated. 
• The triple apartment has a double and a single bed in the bedroom, separated kitchen and a sea view.
• The quadruple apartments have a double and a single bed in the bedroom and one more single bed in the kitchen. They have a mountain view.
• The quintuple duplex apartment has 2 separate bedrooms with a kitchen in between. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has a double and a single bed. It offer a sea view.
• Double studios have a double bed. Quadruple studios have a double bed and a folding sofa for 2 children.

Across the accommodation there is a big public parking lot which can be used for free.

Haus Petris is above Pizza Petris where you can taste a variety of pizzas, pasta and other meals and breakfast options.
