Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Haus Kiki is located next to the beach in Toroni, on the Sithonia peninsula. It offers accommodation for up to 4 people, terraces with a sea view, and a spacious yard.

Accommodation

Haus Kiki is a ground-floor building with three studios and one apartment. All units can accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment contains two double beds. Two studios have a double bed and two single beds, and there is one smaller studio with a double bed.

The units have kitchens with a 2-burner stove, an oven, a refrigerator, and kitchen utensils. The private bathrooms have showers, and the terraces have a table, chairs, a clothes dryer, and a view of Toroneos Bay. The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television.

Every four days guests are brought to a new set of bed linen and towels.

The building is surrounded by a spacious, well-maintained garden with a lawn and palm trees. Only the yard separates it from the beach. The guests also have barbecue facilities at their disposal.

Lokacija smestaja je predivna,plaza bozanstvena, gazdarica je ljubazna ali to nikako ne moze nadomestiti cinjenicu da je apartman neuslovan. Veoma zapusten, stvari su jako stare prljave, pohabane,toalet je grozan, uslovi su toliko losi da smo bili prinudjeni isti dan kada smo stigli da isti napustimo. Slike na sajtu ne oslikavaju pravo stanje imajte to u vidu kada vrsite rezervaciju. Cena je papreno visoka za ovaj apartman.
