Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Hatzis House is located in Nikiti, Sithonia, 300 meters from the beach and the town center. It offers apartments for 2-5 people and a beautifully organized garden with lots of greenery and flowers. The owners George and Panagiota Hatzis are tourism professionals for forty years, during which they strived to evolve and upgrade services to customers.

Accommodation

There are two types of apartments, with one or two bedrooms.

Apartments with one bedroom can be for 3 or 4 people. Three-bed units contain three single beds in the bedroom (except for one unit that has two single beds and an extra bed). Four-bed apartments have two single beds joined together in both the bedroom and in the room with the kitchen. All have a kitchen with a mini stove, an oven, a refrigerator, dishes, a dining area, a private bathroom with a bathtub, and a spacious terrace with a table and chairs.

Apartments with two bedrooms are for 5 people and include three single beds in one room and two in the other. They also have a kitchen with a regular stove, an oven, a refrigerator, dishes, a dining area, a private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a table and chairs.

One three-bed and one five-bed apartment on the ground floor offer partial sea views, while the others overlook the garden or the parking lot behind the building.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the apartment. In the middle of the stay, they can get clean bed linen and towels that they also change themselves. Cleaning service and more frequent change of towels and bed linen is available for an additional fee.

The apartments are surrounded by a beautiful garden, in the central part of which is a large pine tree that provides natural shade. Below it is an outdoor seating and dining area. Guests have access to a shared barbecue, and parking is possible behind the building and in the surrounding streets.

Ocena 5. Blizina plaže i pešačke zone, veličina 5-krevetnog apartmana i terase, parking, 2 klime, super sređeno dvorište, Wi-Fi, gazda izuzetno korektan, posteljina i peškiri na 5 dana. Izuzetno.

Smestaj je za svaku preporuku. Mi smo boravili u petokrevetnom apartmanu u prizemlju. Namestaj nije star ali jeste staromodan. Kreveti prostrani i udobni. Ceo apartman je prilicno prostran i opremljen svime potrebnim. Kuhinja prostrana i dobro opremljena. Sporet jeste malo zardjao na pojedinim mestima ali odlicno radi. U kuhinji postoji toster sto nije navedeno. Kupatilo prostrano sa prostranim i ogradjenim delom za tusiranje. Fen nema kao sto je navedeno. Terasa bas bas velika. Dvoriste sasvim ok ali poseduje samo 1 veci sto, 3 stolice i klupu. Rostilj koji je naveden da postoji, nismo videli. Posteljina i peskiri se menjaju na pet dana (gazda sam donese a vi sami menjate). Gazda prijatan covek koji govori samo grcki ali smo se ok sporazumeli za ono malo sto je bilo potrebno. Wi-fi dobar. Cistoca bi mogla biti malko bolja....mislim da pri zavrsetku smene ne ociste bas detaljno apartman. Sve u svemu smestaj je za svaku preporuku. Od 1 do 5 dobio bi jaku 4
