• Deposit of 15% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Hara’s House is located 300 meters from the beach, in Nikiti, on the peninsula of Sithonia. Offers to its guests peace, privacy and spacious units.

Guests can enjoy in nice fanced garden.

Accommodation

Hara’s House consists of two apartments: one is 59 m2, while the other is 52m2, both with two bedrooms with capacity for 4-5 persons and located on the ground floor.

Each apartment includes: two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds), living room with kitchen with double sofa bed and bathroom. 

Changes of linen and towels are privided each 5 days.
