Note

• The above prices are in euros per room/per night for 2 people and the minimum stay of 10 nights.
• Children of all ages - 5 EUR/per day.
• Air conditioning - 5 EUR/ per day for B, C, and D units, and 8 EUR/ per day for A units.
• 1-5 nights stay - the prices are available upon request and depend on the availability. During the peak season - an extra 40 EUR/ per day for studios, and an extra 60 EUR/ per day for apartments.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Weekend bookings (2 nights)
• The possibility of booking depends on the availability, and the prices are fixed for the whole season.
• A units - 200 EUR.
• B and C units - 170 EUR.
• D units - 150 EUR.
• E units - 130 EUR.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is canceled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Welcome to Halkidiki Holidays Rooms & Studios for unforgettable holidays!

Only a few meters from the beach near Nea Potidea of Halkidiki you can find our fully equipped studios. You can find us 60 Km from Thessaloniki airport and 7 Km from Nea Moudania a town with banks, Health Center (hospital) , super markets etc. During your stay in Halkidiki Holidays you can visit many archaeological and historical places. You can also explore a lot of beautiful beaches in kassandra peninsula.

Ofcourse you can swim in the sandy beach with crystal water just in front of our rooms !  You can use our sunbeds for free to drink your coffee or beer in the sand  or go to one of the various beach bars in the area

• Only for rooms 4,5, 6,7 with no extra cost for children up to 10 years

Bili smo gosti kod gospodina Angelisa pre 3 godine i prezadovoljni smo. Smestaj je sasvim skroman, ali cist i uredan. Nama je bilo ekstra. Bukvalno iz smestaja gazite na prelepu cistu plazu i cisto more. Angelis je vrlo prijatan, druzeljubiv i super lik. Ako Bog da idemo ove godine... konacno :swimmer:😮cean:❤️
