Accommodation cancellation policy
• If the accommodation unit is canceled up to 60 days before the arrival date, the deposit fee paid will be returned to the guest (minus EUR 30 administrative costs).
• If the accommodation unit is canceled later or in case of no-show of the guest, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire fee for the deposit and it will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Halkidiki Beach Apartment is located 120 meters from the beach in Nea Moudania on the Halkidiki peninsula. It has an area of 80m² and can accommodate up to 6 people. Supermarkets are 2-3 km away, while the center of Nea Moudania is 900 m away.

Accommodation

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms. The rear bedroom contains 2 beds (90x200 each), which are mechanically joined into a king-size bed. The front bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm). The living room features two sofas. One of the sofas can be folded out into a double bed measuring 140x190.

The front bedroom, on the south side, has air conditioning, while the room on the north side has ventilation. There is additional ventilation in the living room.
The side and rear windows have iron locks, the front ones have rollers. All windows have mosquito nets.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove with an oven, a combined refrigerator, a dishwasher and a microwave. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a washing machine.

The veranda is 38m² with a granite table for 6 people and a large corner sofa. It is covered with a large electric tent. On both sides there is ventilation that protects against mosquitoes.

The courtyard is illuminated during the night.

A parking space for 2 cars is provided, and the pets are welcome.
