Description
Gyalia House No. 3 is located 200 meters from the nearest beach and 1.4 km from the center of Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula. This modern and comfortable apartment is situated on a raised ground floor and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Accommodation
The apartment features three bedrooms—two with double beds, while the third can have 2–4 single beds (depending on the number of guests). A baby cot can be provided upon request.
There is a spacious living room with a sofa and a kitchen with a dining area, which includes a large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, two-burner cooktop, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and complete kitchen utensils and cookware. The apartment offers two private bathrooms with showers.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in every room, Starlink internet, a TV, a wall projector, a dishwasher, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. Cleaning during the stay is not provided, while for reservations of 7 nights or more, clean sets of bed linen and towels are available upon request.
Guests can enjoy multiple terraces with seating areas and views of the garden, olive groves, and the sea in the distance. A particularly attractive feature is the wooden porch decorated in a boho style, ideal for sunbathing, Pilates, or yoga.
Beach equipment is also provided for guests - two sunbeds, three chairs, and two umbrellas.
Free private parking is available.
