• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Guesthouse Verde is located in Lygia, on the island of Lefkada, 150 meters from the beach. It offers accommodation for 2-3 people with a sea view and a beautiful, spacious yard with a brick barbecue and private parking.

Accommodation

Guesthouse Verde has a total of six accommodation units. Three are located on the high ground floor, and the rest are on the first floor.

There are:
• Three rooms with a double bed (an extra bed can be added upon request)
• Two rooms with two single beds that can be joined into a double
• One room with three single beds

From the 2025 season, 6 new, completely renovated units are also available:
• Two triple rooms with three single beds.
• Four studios for 4 people - these units have a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as their own kitchens.

All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with television, internet, and irons. Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer and a terrace with a sea view.

On the ground floor, there are two shared kitchens that all guests are free to use. Room cleaning and towels/linen changing are done every three days.

The property is surrounded by a beautiful, paved courtyard with a garden and lots of greenery. Guests have access to a brick barbecue with a kitchen and an outdoor dining area. There are several more covered outdoor sitting and relaxing areas around the yard.

Private parking is provided for guests, and small pets are allowed upon agreement with the owners.
