Ground Floor Gem Apartment is located in Nikiti, about 1 kilometer from the sandy town beach. The apartment is situated in a convenient location, close to the main attractions and activities in the area.

Accommodation

The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four adults and one child. It consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the other has two separate single beds. In the living room there is a sofa suitable for one child. A baby cot can be provided upon request and is included in the price.

The accommodation is air-conditioned. A TV is available in the living room as well as in both bedrooms. Guests also have access to free WiFi internet, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a ceramic cooktop with four burners, a large oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

A terrace with a table and chairs in the yard provides a pleasant space for enjoying meals and relaxing outdoors. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. Apartment cleaning, as well as bed linen and towel changes, are organized every five days during the stay. A private parking space is not provided, but street parking is available near the property.
