Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Grivas Apartments & Studios are located in the center of the village of Sivota, in a tranquil place, only 50m away from the scenic port and 350m from Galikos Molos beach. The accommodation is a short walk to the shops, the restaurant, the health center, and the pharmacy.

Grivas Apartments & Studios is an aesthetic two-storied building with 2-4 guest studios, surrounded by a small, pretty garden. The smells of the short lemon trees and the jasmines in the garden will keep you a pleasant company.

The hospitable owners are waiting for you in a really enchanting landscape for unforgettable holidays.

Accommodation

There are seven 30m2 studios available. Each unit has a double and a single bed, as well as a sofa bed. The studios are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, satellite television, and mosquito nets. All units have a kitchen with a mini stove (one hot plate and an oven), a refrigerator, a toaster, and an electric kettle, a private bathroom with a shower cabin and a hair dryer, and a private terrace with a table and chairs.

The complex includes a small yard and a private parking lot (50 meters away). Pets are welcome.

Zadovoljni smo ovim smestajem. Blizu centra i luke je, kao i blizu plaze Galikos Molos. Sve je kao u opisu. Cisto, uredno, ima sve sto je potrebno u apartmanu. Redovno se cisti, menja posteljina, peskiri. Domacini su veoma ljubazni i gostoprimivi. Dobili smo preporuke sta obici i posetiti. Svaka preporuka
