Cancellation policy
• If a reservation is
cancelled up to 60 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will
be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a
reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of
the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will
not be returned to the guest.

Description
Green Dream Apartment is located about 700 meters from the beach in Kallithea, on the Kassandra peninsula. It is set on the second floor and suitable for up to 4 people.
Accommodation
The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed, and two single beds in the kitchen area.
The kitchen includes a small refrigerator, a mini stove with an oven and three burners, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The private bathroom has a shower cabin.
The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with a television, free Wi-Fi internet, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.
A terrace with a table and chairs is at guests' disposal.
Private parking is not available. Cars can be parked on the street in front of the accommodation or in a public parking lot about 50 meters away.
