Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If the accommodation unit is canceled later or in case of guest no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep 75% of the deposit fee and it will not be returned to the guest.
• In case the borders between the country of departure and the country of arrival (Greece) are closed based on government decision or the hotel isn’t working during the reservation dates , guests can change the dates of reservation for this or for the next season without charges
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Greek Pride Beach Villa with 30 seconds walking access to the Paralia Fourkas beach, overlooking the sea, found in the heart of picturesque village main square means you can directly relax and unwind, or straight away go & enjoy the beach and other planned activities. At night, the area nearby the villa is famous for its local food, especially seafood, thus plenty of options for shopping explorations as well.

Accommodation

This rustic villa of 110m² in maisonette style is built on two floors in traditional architecture with wooden elements. Downstairs there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and access to a veranda, as well as WC. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own balcony and bathroom with a shower. Villa is equipped with AC, TV, wi fi. Maximum accommodation is up to 8 people as it has 2 double beds, 2 single beds and one sofa.
