Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Grandmothers house is located about 50 meters from the sea, in Sykia, on the peninsula of Sithonia. This house is the part of Malama Rooms property and belongs to Mrs Malama's grandmother. It is recommended for guests who are not demanding and who like authentic accommodation, which is part of the history of a Greek family.

It is an old house with a separate courtyard, with embroidered sheets and pillows!! woven. Handmade embroidery and old photos of grandma.

The hot water is only during the day when it is sunny. It doesn't have air condition, but it's cool.

Sykia is located on the east side of Sithonia in Halkidiki, nine kilometers from the village of Sarti near the edge of the foot. The village is situated two kilometers from the sea at the foot of the mountains. Combines the mountains with the valley and the sea in such a way that certainly creates an irresistible beauty.
