Extra charges from 01.10:
• Children from 0 to 1.99 years old have free charge.
• Extra Children from 2 to 11.99 years old have a charge of 15 EUR for Bed & Breakfast (BB) and 30 EUR for Half Board (HB).
• Children from 12 to 17 years old will be charged as adults.
• Extra Adult has a charge of 25 EUR for Bed & Breakfast (BB) and 40 EUR for Half Board.
• Breakfast for each person is 8 EUR and dinner for each person is 18 EUR.
• Breakfast and dinner are buffet-style, while lunch is a la carte.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Only 50m from the sea, Golden Residence Family Resort is situated on the beach road Pefkohori-Hanioti on the peninsula of Kassandra. This place is recommended for ones looking for a relaxing holidays in combination with the mediterranean cuisine.
Apart from that, the short distance from Hanioti and Pefkohori gives the opportunity to entertainment lovers to choose between a variety of beach bars, clubs, restaurants, cafes, etc. In the surrounding area there is a restaurant which can provide famous mediterranean & traditional greek menu and wines (breakfast/half board) along the day, swimming pools (large/children/jacuzzi), pool bar, parking, playground and large garden.

Studio covers an area of 20-30m² and it contains one double bed with headboard, flat screen TV, double sofa bed, windows with garden and forest view, balcony of 7m² with garden view, wardrobe, safe box, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom.
Apartment (2 spaces) consists of one bedroom 11-15m² with a double bed and a living room 15-30m² with double sofa bed, armchair that can be used as extra bed, wardrobe, safe box, fully equipped kitchen, TV, hairdryer, bathroom.

The 2-spaced apartment has one bedroom 15m² with a double bed with a wardrobe, the living room 25-35m² with a double sofa bed, armchair (extra bed), kitchen, hairdryer and bathroom.
