• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid 15 days before the arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled 14-10 days before arrival, 50% of the paid amount will be applied.
• If canceled 9-4 days before arrival 70% charge will be applied.
• If canceled 3-1 days before arrival 90% charge will be applied.
• In case of a no show, 100% charge will be applied.
