Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Gioulis Apartments & Studios is a family business in Nea Plagia Halkidiki just 150 meters from the beach, 48 km from the city center of Thessaloniki, 35 km from Makedonia airport and 21 km from Sani Beach Resort. We offer 4 spacious studios and 5 newly built stone villas which are surrounded by a lush garden with lawn and olive trees. Our visitors can relax enjoying the family atmosphere and the comfortable and peaceful environment of our garden where the children safely can enjoy their games on the lawn.

Accommodation

The Villas: our 5 villas were built in 2012, entirely of wood and stone. All villas overlook the garden and feature a fully equipped kitchen, sofa which transforms into a comfortable single bed if needed, dining table with 4 chairs and table with chairs in the garden patio for each villa separately. On the second floor there are two double beds with their bedside tables and wardrobe.

The flat-screen TV, air conditioning, the wi-fi, hot water, car parking are available to our guests free of charge 24 hours a day at their disposal.

The guests are responsible for the maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, but the cleaning product are provided. For stay of 6 nights and longer, towels and bed linen are changed every three days.

The Studios: our studios were built in 2002 and renovated in 2012. Each studio has a double and a single bed, wardrobe and enough space for extra bed after consultation with the reservations department of Gioulis Apartments & Studios. They come with equipped kitchen, dining table with 4 chairs and garden table viewing either the front or the back yard.
The flat-screen TV, air conditioning, the wi-fi, hot water, car parking are available to our guests free of charge 24 hours a day at their disposal.
