Giotis Villa is located 30 meters from the beach and 450 meters from the city beach and city center, in Skala Sotiros, on the island of Thassos.

Offers garden, daily housekeeping, quite enviroment and owners have diving school and water sport.

Accommodation

Giotis Villa features three types of units.

Two Bedroom Apartment - Sleeps 6 and offers a garden view. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a sofa bed, two bathrooms with a shower and a hair dryer, a kitchen (a large fridge with a freezer, a stove, a kettle, kitchen utensils), and two terraces. The apartment is equipped with two air conditioners, two televisions, two safes, free Wi-Fi internet, and a washing machine.

One Bedroom Apartment - Sleeps 4 and offers a garden view. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 children, a kitchen (a mini stove with an oven and three burners, a small fridge, a kettle), a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, and a terrace. Two apartments are located on the upper ground floor, while the other two are located on the first floor. They are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and safe.

Maisonette - These units can accommodate up to 5 people and are divided into two levels: The lower level features a kitchen with a living room, an armchair and a sofa bed, while the upper floor consists of a double bed (a bedroom without a door) and a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The maisonettes are located on the first floor, and the upper level is in the attic. They offer sea and garden views. They are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and safe.
