Description

Giota Villa Fourka is located on the western coast of the Kassandra Peninsula, in the village of Fourka, just 850 meters from the nearest beach. It is 90 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport. The maximum accommodation capacity is 8 guests (6 adults and 2 children).

Accommodation

The property includes a yard and a house featuring three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms.

The living room is equipped with a large sofa bed, air conditioning, TV, and a fireplace. An extra bed is available upon request. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, stove, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, and filter coffee machine.

The first bedroom has a sofa bed. The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom has a double bed. Both the second and third bedrooms are air-conditioned. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Both bathrooms are fully equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. A washing machine is available for guests.

The house features two terraces with outdoor furniture. The private yard is beautifully landscaped, and a barbecue is available upon request.

The entire property is covered by free Wi-Fi. Small pets are welcome upon request and for an additional fee. Parking is available for guests. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
