• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancellation policy
• If the accommodation unit is canceled up to three months before the arrival date, 10% of the total price will be charged.
• If the accommodation unit is canceled 2-3 months before the arrival date, 20% of the total price will be charged.
• If the accommodation unit is canceled 1 month before the arrival date, the entire deposit fee is non-refundable.
• In case of an earlier departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Giorgos House is located on nerthwestern side of Lefkada island besides the beach Millos and Agios Ioannis beach.

Accommodation

Giorgos House (120m²) have three bedrooms, one livingroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcones around the house.
There is Sea view from the one side and the green mountain from the other.

The house has direct access to the beach. Parking is private and uncovered. There is one double bed, four single beds, one sofa bed and a baby cot. House can accommodate 6 persons.

The guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation during stay. Cleaning products are provided, while every 5 days fresh set of towels and bed linen are delivered and guests can change them when needed.
