Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.

Description
At 70 km from Thessaloniki, next to a small sandy bay, in the dorf Psakoudia, one can find “Jiannis and Maria” apartments.
Our apparments are built exactly by the sea so they all have sea view. They are 200 metres away of the center of Psakoudia there for they are very quiet but also near taverns,beachbars,restaurants,playgrounds and supermarkets.
There is free parking space outside the front yard. Free umbrellas and sunbeds are given to all our customers. The beach in front of them is sandy and the sea is shallow.
Accommodation
All rooms have fully equipped kitchen, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet and balcony with sea view, while one has garden view.
Double studio include: 1 bedroom with 2 beds, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower/WC, a balcony.
Triple apartment include: 1 bedroom with 2 beds, a kitchen with an additional bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, a balcony.
Family apartment include: 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, a kitchen with an additional bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, a balcony.
We clean the room,change towels and sheets every third day of your staying. There is a big barbecue, which is used for free barbecue with all guests once a week upon request.
