Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Gianna House is located 30 meters from the beach, in Sarti, on the peninsula of Sithonia. Can accommodate from 2 to 2+2 persons.

Gianna House consists of 4 double studios and 2 quadruple studios. One quadruple studio is located on the ground floor, all other units are located on te 1st floor.

Double studios (20m2) have a double bed or 2 single beds.

Quadruple studios (25m2) have a double bed and a bunk bed.
