Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Gesthimani Villa is set just 100m away from the pebbled beach of Neos Marmaras, on the peninsula of Sithonia.

Accommodation

Studios are air-conditioned and can host from 2 to 5 people.

Double studio is located on the second floor and has one double bed.

There is one triple studio on the each floor (3 in total) and it consists of one double bed and one single bed.

Quadruple studios are located on the ground floor and on the first floor and they contain one double and one bunk bed.

There is only one studio for 5 people and it is located on the ground floor. It has one double bed, one bunk bed and one single bed.

They offer sea (top floor studios), mountain or garden views. They include a kitchenette with mini fridge, stovetop and electric kettle, as well as a seating area with TV. Each unit has its own bathroom with shower.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every 4 days, unless needed earlier.
