Description

Gerakina Beach Cottage is a holiday home in Gerakini, at the very entrance to the Sithonia peninsula. It is located 150 meters from the beach and can accommodate 4 adults and 3 children. The house offers two bedrooms, a sea view, a nice yard, and a barbecue.

Accommodation

The cottage has 80m², is well equipped and functional, and offers a traditional, rustic ambiance.

House structure:

• Bedroom 1 - double bed
• Bedroom 2 - two single beds joined together
• Living room - sofa and sofa bed
• A baby cot can be added upon request

The spacious living room consists of a sitting area and a dining area with a table and chairs. A decorative stone fireplace completes the space.

In the separate kitchen is a stove with an oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and kitchenware. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a washing machine, and a hair dryer.

Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV and internet. Spare sets of bed linen and towels are provided.

The terrace has a direct view of the sea and a seating area.

A small yard with a barbecue and two parasols is also available to the guests. It is surrounded by greenery that creates a pleasant, natural environment and provides natural shade.

The property does not have a private parking lot, but there is a free space in front of the house.

The nearest beach is small and quiet, with a bar and a restaurant. Three different trails lead to it, and it's a 4-8 minute walk, depending on whether you want to go down the stairs. All facilities of Gerakini are nearby.
