Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

George Villa is situated in the old part of Sarti, on the east side of Sithonia. It is only 150m away from the sandy beach and 100m from the center of Sarti with numerous shops and restaurants.

Accommodation

George Villa contains of 3 studios that are completely renovated and fully equipped. In each studio, kitchenette includes induction hob, a fridge with freezer, a toaster and an electric kettle.

Studio no.7 is located on the third floor and can host up to 2 people. It has one double bed, a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette, as well as balcony with seating furniture.

Studio no.6 is located on the third floor and can accommodate up to 3 people. It has one double and one single bed, a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette and a balcony equipped with a seating furniture. It is not available for season 2025.

Studio no.4 is located in the semi-basement and can host up to 4 people. It contains one double, one single bed and one extra single drawer bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony with a seating furniture.

Room cleaning and replacement of towels and linens are done every 3 nights.

Baby cot is available upon request. Pets are allowed after agreement with the owner. There is an available parking on the street.
