• The above prices are in euros per room/per night.
• Upon request, breakfast is provided with an extra charge of 15 €/per person/overnight. For children aged 2-15 years charge 10 €/per person/per overnight.
• Lunch (lunch/dinner) with an extra charge of 25 €/per person/overnight. For children from 2 - 15 years charge 20 €/per person/overnight.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
Children's policy
• Age from 0 - 3 years free of charge (baby cot).
• Age from 4 - 18 years of age there is a charge of 18€/overnight.
• For each adult (use extra bed) the charge is 25 €/overnight.
Cancellation policy
• Non-refundable price: The total amount is required to confirm the reservation. In case of cancellation or non-show the customer is charged the total price.
• Refundable price: A 30% of the total reservation amount is required to confirm the reservation. In case of cancellation 21 days before arrival this amount is not refunded at any time of the season.
• Free cancellation - 21 days before arrival.
• In the event of the expiry of the customer's stay earlier than the agreed departure date, 30% of the price agreed for the period when the customer did not stay.
Pet policy
• Upon request we accept pets at an extra charge of 12 €/overnight.
Arrival & departure time policy
• Check in: arrival time from 15:00 PM
• Check out: departure time up to 11:00 PM
• In the event of late check out, the customer is charged 40% of one day's cost.
Minimum stay
• For periods from 01.04.2023 to 10.06.2023 and from 10.09.2023 to 31.10.2023 are 2 nights. There may be a possibility of 1 rehearsal upon availability.
• For the period from 11.06.2023 to 09.09.2023 are 3 nights.

All four apartments have the same layout.
The living room and dining area are combined in one space, featuring a sofa (which can be used as an extra bed), a dining table, and a TV. From this room, guests can step out onto a private terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and sun loungers—perfect for those who enjoy beautiful sunsets.
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a stove, oven, large refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, tableware, and kitchenware.
The bedrooms feature a double bed, two reading lamps, and a large wardrobe.
The modernly designed bathroom includes a shower cabin, washbasin, and hairdryer.
Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartments are air-conditioned and offer free wireless internet access. Pets are allowed on request. Parking is private and free of charge.

Leventochori je malo priobalno mesto u blizini grada Pirgosa, na zapadnom Peloponezu. Poznato je po svojoj mirnoj atmosferi i prirodnim plažama, koje su često okružene zelenilom i stenovitim pejzažima. Glavna plaža u Leventochoriju je peščana i nudi čisto more, idealno za kupanje i opuštanje. Mesto nema veliki broj turističkih sadržaja, što ga čini privlačnim za one koji traže tišinu i beg od gužve.
