Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of non-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Complex Gea Villas is located in Ligia in Lefkada and it is a good choice for those who want a peaceful holiday in a relaxing environment. The villa has a beautiful panoramic sea view and offers its guests a nice garden and pool.

Gea Villas consists of two Sea View maisonettes and two Delux apartments. The pool is far enough away to maintain privacy and a peaceful holiday. Guests can also enjoy a large barbecue with a table and it is located next to the villa.

Maisonettes

Maisonettes on the first floor consist of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed or two single beds where two adults or children can sleep. On the second floor, there is another bedroom with two beds, a bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the sea. The surface of the maisonette is 65 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 people.

Apartments

The apartments consist of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, where can sleep two adults or children. The apartments have a surface of 55 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people.
