Description

On the green island of Lefkada in Rahi-Apolpena, Gatsoulis Villas with an unlimited view of Ionian Sea are located. Although they are built in a mountainous rural area, the center of Lefkas is only 2.5 km away and the clean award winning beaches 3km.

These newly built villas can each accommodate 6-8 guests, they are fully furnished with air-conditioning and fully equipped with individual pools.

Accommodation

Villa Marina has a living room equipped with a sofa and 2 armchairs convertible to comfortable beds, a coffee table, fireplace, TV and air conditioning. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and dining table for 4 guests. The villa has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and air-condition. One bathroom has the washing machine. On the ground floor there is a separate apartment with its own entrance and has a bedroom with 2 single beds, fully furnished living room and kitchen, a bathroom and view to the sea.

Villa Mirto has a living room with three-seater sofas and 2 armchairs which convert to comfortable beds, coffee table, fireplace, TV and air-conditioning. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, fridge and dining table for six people. There are 3 bedrooms: one double with private bathroom and two twins with a shared bathroom and washing machine, all bedrooms have air conditioning. The villa has a view to the Ionian Sea and the town of Lefkas. It offers a garden with a pool, table and chairs and sunbeds with umbrellas.

The distance between the two villas is 50m.
