Confirmation of booking
• Confirmation of booking is only valid upon receipt of a deposit of 25% of the total cost.

Note:
• Confirmation of availability for specific dates as received from “Galazia Akti Seaside Apartments” reservations is not considered as a confirmation to a reservation.
• A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
• The deposit must be received by “Galazia Akti Seaside Apartments” no later than the date as specified by the reservation’s department.
• Confirmation of the deposit made should also be forwarded to “Galazia Akti Seaside Apartments” reservations by email.

Refunds
• For a cancellation of booking, a refund to the deposit is only given under the following conditions.

0% cancellation fee:
• Full refund – When a cancellation to the booking has been made with a minimum of 30 days notice (from the date of check in) being given to “Galazia Akti Seaside Apartments” reservation’s department.

Note:
• 100% of the deposit is refunded.
• Accepted notices are either by fax or email.

50% cancellation fee:
• A 50% cancellation fee is charged if a cancellation of the reservation has been made within the period of 21days to 30 days, from the date of check in.

Note:
• 50% of the deposit is refunded.
• Accepted notices are either by fax or email.

100% cancellation fee:
• A 100% cancellation fee is charged when a cancellation of the reservation has been made within 20 days from the date of check in.

Note:
• No refund to the deposit is refunded.
• For pre-term departures, there is a cancellation fee equal to the 50% of the remaining rental period (Law 1652/86 Gov.Gaz.167A)

Balance of deposit
• The balance to the booking is made at “Galazia Akti Seaside Apartments” prior to the departure date.

• First floor No1 - Apartment on first floor which can accommodate 1-3 persons. It has 3 beds.
• First floor No2 - Apartment on first floor which can accommodate 1-4 persons. It has 4 beds.
• First floor No3 - Apartment on first floor which can accommodate 1-4 persons It has 4 beds.
• Second floor No1 - Apartment on second floor which can accommodate 1-4 persons. It has 4 beds.
• Second floor No2 - Apartment on second floor which can accommodate 1-4 persons. It has 4 beds.
• Second floor No3 - Apartment on second floor which can accommodate 1-5 persons. It has 4 beds and 1 sofa.

The hospitality of extra persons is not allowed.

Sve sto je napisano u opisu je tako.Ima sve sto je potrebno za jedan lep odmor 🙂 Apartman deli samo jedna ulica od plaze,obezbedjene su i lezaljke.Apartman je cist,ciste svaki 2-3 dan (konkretno smo bili u apartamnu br.1 ) Vlasnici uvek tu sta god da zatreba. Ima wi-fi odlican.Samo mesto je savrseno,ima svega. Plaza prelepa sa dugim plicakom,za malu decu raj.Za svaku preporuku 🙂

Sve što je napisano u opisu je tačno. Aparmani su na obali mora deli ih ulica. Obezbeđene i ležaljke ko želi da se kupa ispred apartman. Čisto, uredno 5. Iskrene preporuke.
