• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

The apartment is located on the first floor. There are two bedrooms within the apartment. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed suitable for two people, and the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. In the living room there is a corner sofa bed suitable for two more people, there is also a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, glass ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine. Two terraces are equipped with outdoor furniture.

Guests have access to TV, Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning.

Pets are allowed with prior request and supplement.

Guests can park their vehicles on the street in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
