• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

We are located on the south side of Thassos, in the village of Limenaria. I rent a villa. The entrance to the house is on the right side, with a small private space. There is ample private parking in front of the house.

The beach is just 100 meters from the villa and the supermarket about 200 meters. The center of Limenaria with restaurants, shops and bars is within 1 km (15-20 minutes walk). Potos village is 3.5 km away, the sandy beach of Tripiti is 3 km away.

Accommodation

The villa has apartment (65m2) with modern design of the room and décor with light colors can accommodate 4 + 2 persons. It offers 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and the orher with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom and a kitchenette. The sofa in the living room has the possibility of being a comfortable double bed for 2 persons. The bathroom with bathtub includes a hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchen includes a kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

There is also a Deluxe studio with jacuzzi and can accommodate up to 3 persons. Includes safe, double bed and single bed.
