Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Fraxa Studios is located in Lefkada, 450 meters from the center of Lygia village, just 50 meters from the beach and 5km away from Lefkada town. It offers rooms and studios for 2-4 people, a beautiful garden, and private parking.

Accommodation

The complex features double rooms and studios for up to 4 people. Each studio has a double and a single bed, while an extra foldable bed can also be added. Studios also have kitchenettes with two-burner stoves and small fridges. The rooms don't have kitchens, but only a short distance away is a fully-equipped shared kitchen whixh guests can freely use.

All units offer Wi-Fi internet, air conditioners, TVs, private bathrooms with showers, and terraces with tables and chairs. The cleaning and changing of towels and linens are done every three days.

The complex includes a spacious yard with lots of palm trees, greenery, and flowers. Guests have at their disposal barbecue, outside sitting/dining furniture, as well as private parking.
