Cancelation policy
For reservation you need credit card for guarantee, card will not be charged and total ammount will be paid to the hotel in cash or credit card (unless reservation will be cancelled).
• 21 days before arrival: no penalty fee
• 21 - 7 days: 35 % charge
• 7 - non show: 50 % charge
• In case of earlier departure: 100% of the remaining days

Also for reservation you can transfer 35% to a bank account as guarantee (expenses on customers behalf).

Frau Irenes Haus" is boutique studios & apartments. Located in Sarti of Sithonia Halkidiki's, just 100m the awarded with the blue-flag beach of the village. Totally renovated in 2015 offers an elegant "boutique" accommodation, petilly decorated and with all the necessary facilities for ideal or vacation.

The apartments, some with a romantic mood and others with a modern style, designed with charm and luxury materials are going to charm their visitors and seal their vacation. An exquisite roof garden, equipped with barbeque is offered to our customers so that they can enjoy summer nights full of homemade roast meat, ‘ouzo’ and a family atmosphere.

Accommodation

• In Fraus Irenes, the studios - 2 and 3 person - include autonomic entrance, fully equipped kitchen, shower - WC, veranda, TV and air - conditioning.
• The 3-person suite, as well as the 4 - 5 person apartments, renovated in 2011, consist of 2 separate rooms and offer an equipped kitchen, veranda, shower-WC, A/C and LCD.

Operational season: April to October.

The best place in Sarti and I've been in this village for several times!!! The apartments are all renovated, cozy ,elegant,comfortable and the beds have memory foam layers!!! the best sleep we ever had! Daily cleaning, very quite area and the terrace... just NO WORDS..so beautiful, just perfect, we didn;t wanted to go to the village!!! I was with my family and had the perfect vacations... Nancy , the owner, knows the area very well and all the advises for restaurants and day trips was the right one's. Thank you all "FRau Irenes" team. We totaly suggest this place.
