• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Fox Studios is located in Sykia, on the Sithonia peninsula. The nearest beach is 720 m away, while the city beach of Sykia is 900 m away. The building consists of a total of 8 studios, 4 with four beds and 4 with three beds.

Accommodation

Two three-bed studios are located on the high ground floor. One is equipped with a double bed from which a single bed can be pulled out. The second is equipped with two joined and one separate single bed. Two four-bed studios on the upper ground floor are equipped with one double bed and one bunk bed.

There are also two three-bed studios on the first floor. One is equipped with a double bed and a pull-out armchair, while the other is equipped with three single beds, two of which are connected. The four-bed studios on the first floor are equipped with one double bed and one pull-out sofa suitable for two more people.

The kitchens are equipped with a combined refrigerator, a glass-ceramic plate with two hotplates, a coffee machine and the necessary dishes.

The bathrooms are equipped with a shower.

Guests have access to TV, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning and mosquito nets. The terraces are equipped with outdoor furniture

Cleaning, changing of bed linen and towels is done every 4 days.

The yard is equipped with outdoor furniture.

Parking is provided for guests of the facility.
