The apartment (110m2) features 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a washing machine, and 1 bathroom. For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge.

The apartment is light and spacious with a calm & cooling colour scheme throughout. The open planned living, dining & kitchen area benefits from double patio doors leading to the balcony and additional external dining space. The large fully equipped kitchen consists of an electric oven & hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and crockery & kitchen utensils.

The 3 bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and have patio doors leading onto the balcony and are supported with 1 full bathroom with sink, toilet and over-bath shower plus a 2nd separate WC. You will also find the washing machine located in the main bathroom.
The accommodation has independently controlled air conditioning throughout.

Bed linen & bathroom towels are included. Cleaning Services: once a week. Change of bed lines & towels: twice a week.
