Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Fotinis Studios 1 is located in Toroni, on the Sithonia peninsula, 200 meters from the beach. The complex offers accommodation for 2-4 people with a beautifully organized yard and private parking.

Accommodation

A total of 8 accommodation units are available, distributed over first and second floors. Each floor features one double studio, one triple studio, and two quadruple studios.

Double studios have double beds and garden views.

One triple studios has a double and a single bed, as well as a view of the garden. The other contains two smaller double beds and is located at the back of the house.

All quadruple studios are located at the front of the building. Two studios have a double and bunk beds, while the other two have two double beds each.

All studios are air-conditioned and equipped with television and mosquito nets. Free Wi-Fi can be used on the terraces and in the courtyard (the signal is weak inside the rooms).

Each unit has a kitchenette (two-burner stove, small refrigerator), private bathroom with a shower, and a terrace with a table and chairs. All bathrooms on the first floor have been renovated for season 2025.

Rooms are cleaned and bed linen and towels are changed every 4 days.

The complex includes a beautiful garden with lots of greenery, flowers, and natural shade. Guests have at their disposal a small summer house, a brick barbecue, and free private parking.

Pets are welcome.
