Description

This small and charming villa is located in an ecological reserve in the pine forest, 600 meters from the sandy beach, in a quiet and secluded location, in the exclusive village with private villas. Designed for a comfortable 4-6 people.

The villa is located near Sani Resort, providing guests with all kinds of entertainment: children’s clubs and animation, children’s playground, water sports rentals, beach bars, open-air cinema, a summer music festival Sani Jazz Festival, tennis, diving, services SPA centers, clothes, toys, taverns and restaurants, bike rental, etc..

Accommodation

Villa is 110m2, has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 persons.

The first floor consists of a living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.

The second floor consists of a small room with a loft-style sofa. On the terrace there is a table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, washing machine).

In summer, the house is cool enough, as the rooms are equipped with fans, and the villa itself is in the shade of a pine forest.
