Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Forest Aelia Apartments are located 400 meters from the beach in Vourvourou, on the Sithonia Peninsula. The complex offers accommodation for 6-8 people with a spacious garden, private parking, and a beautiful view.

Accommodation

Forest Aelia Apartment No. 1 - Can accommodate 6 adults and 1 child and offers two bedrooms. The first room contains a double bed, a portable fan, and a terrace, and the second two single beds and a terrace. The air-conditioned living room is equipped with a new sofa that folds out into a double bed. The apartment includes a kitchen (a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven) and a private bathroom with a bathtub.

Forest Aelia Apartment No. 2 - Can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 child, and has two bedrooms. Both contain a double and a single bed, a portable fan, and a terrace. The kitchen includes a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove, and an oven, the private bathroom has a shower with a curtain, and the air conditioner is installed at the entrance to the accommodation.

Forest Aelia Sea View Apartment - This spacious apartment is located on the first floor and suitable for 6 adults and 2 children. There are two bedrooms - one has a semi-double bed, a portable fan, and a window facing the sea, while the other is air-conditioned and includes a double bed and a view of the hills. The air-conditioned living room has a new sofa bed for two people, and one smaller sofa suitable for an adult and a child. The unit also offers a bathroom with a bathtub, a kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, kettle), and a large terrace with outdoor furniture and a view of the hills and the sea.

All apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, bed linen and towels. A baby cot is available on request.

The guests have at their disposal an organized, fenced yard (3000m2) with a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and a covered private parking lot for 3 vehicles (outside of which there is space for more cars).
