Flogita Beach House

Flogita Beach House are apartments located right across the beach in Nea Flogita, Halkidiki, at the entrance to Kassandra. Apartments have two bedrooms each and can accommodate 2-6 people. They offer a direct view of the sea and an excellent location.

Accommodation

Flogita Beach House offers two apartments in front of the organized, sandy beach. One is located on the upper ground floor and is best suited for 3 adults and 1 child, while the other is on the first floor and can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.

Structure of the apartment on the upper ground floor:
• Bedroom 1 - double bed;
• Bedroom 2 - bed for one person;
• Living room - corner sofa;
• A free baby cot is available for a child up to 2 years old, and an extra bed for a child up to 12 years old.

Structure of the apartment on the first floor:
• Bedroom 1 - double bed;
• Bedroom 2 - two separate beds;
• Living room – corner sofa and armchair;
• A free baby cot is available for a child up to 2 years old, and an extra bed for a child up to 12 years old.

The living room is comfortable and spacious, with a sofa, a dining table and a beautiful brick fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a large refrigerator, a stove, dishes and a kettle, while the bathroom has a shower cabin.

The apartments are air-conditioned and have a TV, as well as terraces with tables, chairs and a direct view of the sea. Free wireless internet is also available. Bed linen and towels are changed every five nights, and the apartment has a washing machine that can be used at no extra charge.

Cars cannot be parked in front of the house during the period 15/06-30/09, because the street is closed for the traffic. The closest free public parking is 20 meters away. The nearest supermarket is 50 meters away, and there are restaurants, taverns and other facilities nearby.
